Limb Lengthening – Cost of the Procedure

How much does limb lengthening cost? The price of the procedure depends on the chosen method, the length of the bone being lengthened, the number of implants, and whether the treatment is performed in one or two stages. The scope of the planned care and the number of procedures required in a specific case are also important factors. According to the current price list of the Paley European Lengthening Center, the cost of bilateral femoral bone lengthening using the PRECICE method is 259,900 PLN, and for the tibia—269,900 PLN. Tibial lengthening using the LON method costs 149,900 PLN. Simultaneous lengthening of the femurs and tibias costs 519,900 PLN. Two-stage treatment, which, according to the center’s strategy, allows for a total height gain of up to 13 cm, costs 529,800 PLN.

The price includes, among other things, the procedure, implants, hospitalization, surgical and anesthesiological care, a specified number of visits, X-rays, physical therapy sessions, and gait analyses. Before making a decision, it is advisable to discuss the full cost of treatment during an individual consultation.
