What sets us apart
by 1 mm a day
We harness the body’s natural regenerative processes to safely add centimeters to your height. Thanks to the precise management of the process by a team of two doctors, your legs grow at a rate of 1 mm per day. The entire process consists of three key stages: the latent phase, the distraction phase, and the consolidation phase.
We are with you every step of the way, from your first consultation through to the removal of the nail and your return to full independence. We perform the surgery in a comfortable, private hospital, and throughout the entire lengthening process, you’ll be in constant contact with doctors, physical therapists,
and Ola—your Patient Care coordinator. We provide psychological support as well as dedicated catering and assistance with accommodations.
In our institute’s dedicated treatment room, we provide professional physical therapy care up to 5 times a week. We support you through the latent, distraction, and consolidation phases, carefully tailoring the exercise program to each of these stages. We’re with you every step of the way. We provide equipment for home physical therapy, and you’ll have access to an online exercise platform.

From Florida to Warsaw
It all began with the vision of Dr. Dror Paley, who foundedthe Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida, creating a world-class center of excellence in limb reconstruction.
In an effort to ensure that European patients have access to these same groundbreaking treatments without having to travel long distances, Dr. Paley, together with Polish orthopedic surgeons, founded the Paley European Institute in Warsaw.
Our center combines American innovation with the expertise of Europe’s leading specialists. Every day, we draw on this knowledge to offer patients from around the world the most advanced treatment techniques.
